Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear expectations for your project, cancellations and refunds.

Draft pending legal review. These policies are not finalized for live payments.

Payment Before Work Begins

Once we've agreed on your project scope and pricing, your full project payment is collected upfront before work begins, subject to any applicable cancellation or waiting periods. Inquiries and consultations are not charged. We collect 100% of the agreed project price through a Stripe invoice after you accept the written service agreement. Any required disclosures and waiting periods must be addressed before payment or work, as applicable.

Cancelling Before Work Starts

You may request cancellation before work begins. Subject to mandatory legal rights, you receive a full refund if no billable work has been performed and no authorized, nonrefundable third-party expenses have been incurred.

Cancelling After Work Starts

Refunds reflect the agreed services that have not been performed. Completed deliverables may be charged at their previously agreed values. Documented partially completed work is valued using a method agreed before payment. Unstarted services are generally refunded. Starting part of a package does not make the whole package nonrefundable. We do not impose arbitrary cancellation penalties or unspecified administrative fees. Bundled projects must include an agreed breakdown of services and deliverable values.

Completed Projects

Completing all agreed deliverables does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a change of mind. This does not remove remedies for undelivered, defective or nonconforming services, or any applicable legal rights.

Undelivered or Unsatisfactory Services

If we cannot provide an agreed service, an appropriate refund is due for the undelivered portion. Contact us if work does not meet the agreed scope. Where appropriate, we will have an opportunity to correct the issue before a refund or other remedy is determined.

Third-Party Expenses

Domains, hosting, advertising, software and other external purchases are disclosed before purchase and require your approval. We explain the provider’s refund restrictions. External costs are not automatically nonrefundable, and any deduction must identify the authorized expense and applicable restriction.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@webuildyourcompany.com with your project or invoice details and the reason for your cancellation, refund request or quality concern. Requests are reviewed against the agreed scope, documented completed work, authorized expenses and applicable law. Full or partial refunds are handled through the original payment provider where available; no processing deadline is guaranteed here.

Your Legal Cancellation Rights

Mandatory cancellation, refund and consumer-protection rights override this general policy and any conflicting service-agreement term. Starting work does not remove statutory rights. We do not assume a particular Arizona law applies or does not apply, or impose an unverified cancellation period. Required notices, disclosures and waiting periods must be confirmed before live payments.
